Booking is eating your margin
You run a guesthouse, cottages or apartments in Mielno, Unieście or Sarbinowo. The season lasts a few months, and Booking.com takes a minimum of 15-20% of every reservation. At 200 nights per season that is PLN 15,000-30,000 a year handed over in commission.
Meanwhile your own website, if it exists at all, looks like it was made in 2015. It doesn't work well on the phone, doesn't show availability, doesn't build trust. Guests prefer to book through Booking, because it's simpler there.
It doesn't have to be this way. A website that presents the property well, shows availability and lets guests book directly reduces your dependence on portals and stays with you for years. See how we build websites and what our WordPress care covers.
